Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wazeefy — the website, dashboard, WhatsApp service and related applications (together, the “Service”) operated by Wazeefy (“Wazeefy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The Service
Wazeefy helps you find and apply to jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You build a profile once, and our automated systems match you to roles you are eligible for and submit applications on your behalf. You can interact with the Service through a dashboard, WhatsApp chat, or voice.
Wazeefy is an independent platform. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency acting for you, or a government body, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment of any kind.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Wazeefy you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to work in the roles you apply to, subject to Saudi labour and Saudization (Nitaqat) rules.
Your account
You are responsible for the information in your profile and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not share your account or impersonate any person or entity.
Authorising automated applications
When you enable auto-apply, you authorise Wazeefy to prepare and submit job applications on your behalf using the information in your profile, including tailored cover letters generated by our systems. You can set the roles, salary and locations that define which applications we may send, and you can pause or withdraw this authorisation at any time from your dashboard.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile. Applications submitted on your behalf reflect the information you provided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Saudi law;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malware;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service;
- use the Service to apply for roles on behalf of another person without their consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information, documents and CV data you provide (“Your Content”). You grant Wazeefy a non-exclusive licence to use, process and share Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service — matching you to roles, generating applications and submitting them to employers on your behalf. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Wazeefy offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in Saudi Riyal (SAR) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including messaging providers such as WhatsApp and the employers and job platforms you apply through. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by Wazeefy and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wazeefy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any interview, offer or employment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Wazeefy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of opportunity, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Wazeefy in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wazeefy harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, while the sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
