Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have rights over the personal data Wazeefy holds about you. This page explains the requests you can make and how to submit them.
Requests you can make
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction — fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Portability — receive your data in a readable, commonly used format;
- Withdraw consent — where our processing is based on your consent;
- Object or restrict — ask us to stop or limit certain processing.
How to submit a request
Email us from the address linked to your account, telling us which request you would like to make. You can also manage much of your data directly from your dashboard — including editing your profile and pausing automated applications.
Verifying your identity
To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will only use the information you provide for verification to process your request.
Our response time
We will respond to your request within the period required by the PDPL, normally within 30 days. If your request is complex or we receive several requests from you, we may need more time, and we will let you know.
Fees
We handle most requests free of charge. Where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act, as permitted by law, and we will explain why.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
